How Long Does It Take For CBD To Work For Anxiety?


Cannabidiol or CBD is a cannabinoid compound found in the cannabis plant plant.  It can be both extracted from marijuana or hemp plants.  THC, another well known cannabinoid, is quite similar to CBD, but CBD does not have any psychoactive effects and won't cause intoxication while THC may cause you to feel "high" if used in high amounts.  You may use CBD by dropping the oil under your tongue, give your body a massage, vaping or smoking CBD, to put in drinks, to consume as edibles or to mix with protein shakes after a workout session.
